Whether parts are being loaded by an operator, robot, or cobot, the door system creates a seamless workflow that keeps production moving.

When the machining cycle is complete, the door automatically opens to provide access to the work area. Once the part has been loaded or unloaded, the door closes automatically and the next cycle begins. Door operation is controlled directly through standard M-codes and requires only two 24V machine signals—Cycle Start and Cycle Complete—making integration simple, reliable, and compatible with existing automation systems.

Built for demanding industrial environments, the system utilizes heavy-duty pneumatic components engineered for long service life and dependable performance. The included retrofit kit contains everything needed for installation, allowing most machines to be upgraded quickly with minimal modification.
