Filler Panel for Haas High-Volume Coolant Filter Tray

This replacement filler panel designed specifically for use with our High-Volume Coolant Filter Tray.

This panel replaces the factory coolant tank panel, creating the additional clearance needed to install our larger-capacity filtration tray. By allowing more room for an oversized filter basket, this upgrade enables increased chip capacity, improved filtration performance, and longer run times between cleanouts.

Designed for a direct replacement installation, the panel maintains compatibility with your factory coolant system features, including provisions for the factory coolant level sensor and Zebra coolant skimmer.

Fitment

Designed for use with Haas machines equipped with our High-Volume Coolant Filter Tray.

IMPORTANT: This filler panel is required only when installing the High-Volume Coolant Filter Tray. Please verify compatibility with your machine configuration before ordering.

Installation

Remove the factory coolant tank panel and replace it with the filler panel. The additional clearance allows the high-volume filtration tray to fit properly while retaining the functionality of your factory coolant level sensor and Zebra skimmer.
